Peter Campbell
Peter began his career as a draftsman before establishing Clarendon Homes in 1978. Peter now oversees the Campbell Property Group (CPG), which consists of a range of businesses including Clarendon Homes, Domaine Homes, CPG Estates, and Loan Market Elevate. Peter’s achievements extend beyond his professional accomplishments, earning him a Member of the Order of Australia for his philanthropic work across various charitable causes. In 2023, Peter was also honoured with the Sir Phillip Lynch Award by the Housing Industry Association for his valuable contribution to the residential building industry. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take risks, Peter’s favourite saying, “Ready, Fire, Aim,” reflects his instinctual approach to driving progress in an industry often resistant to change.
Mathew Campbell
Mathew has held key leadership roles at CPG, including Group Finance Manager, Chief Executive Officer of mortgage subsidiaries Carter Mayfair and Easy Living Finance, and Chief Operating Officer. In 2022, Matt was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CPG. Under his leadership, the company’s purpose and vision were redefined to reflect the new business strategy focused on customers, people, and growth. Matt’s calm and balanced leadership style, combined with his big-picture thinking, has made him instrumental in the business’s success. In 2017, Matt completed an Executive MBA at INSEAD.
David Flanagan
With with a wealth of experience in residential property development, David has served as the General Manager of CPG Estates since 2015. His background includes roles in marketing, development management, and site acquisition, as well as certification as a property valuer. Prior to joining CPG Estates, David was a Principal and Director of IPM Pty Ltd, focusing on residential medium-density development. In his current role, David oversees all aspects of CPG Estates and Lindsay Bennelong Developments. He is a member of the Australian Property Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry standards.
Imran Ahmed
Imran joined CPG as Chief Financial Officer in 2016 following 10 years with PwC specialising in corporate structuring and taxation within the property development and construction industry. Imran’s focus has primarily been within the private sector with experience in start-ups looking for early investors right through to businesses looking to go public. Imran holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (ICAA) having completed a Diploma of Chartered Accounting.
Luke Hussey
Luke is a highly experienced Development Director with over 20 years in the industry. He specialises in the planning, assessment, design, and management of large-scale development projects and master-planned communities. Luke’s experience includes the successful delivery of several high-profile subdivision projects, such as the 180-lot Shearwater Estate at Warriewood, the 252-lot Kooindah Waters Residential Golf Resort, the 1,100-lot Breezes Muirhead project in Darwin, and the 450-lot High Grove Estate at Box Hill. At CPG Estates, Luke oversees a wide range of responsibilities including acquisition, planning, design, cost management, project feasibility, sales, marketing, and construction delivery, all whilst driving his team to deliver excellence in everything they do. Working closely with local government, financial institutions, builders, consultants, and end purchasers to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. His deep industry knowledge and strategic vision make him an invaluable asset to CPG Estates.
Kim Dyer
With over 25 years of experience in property and housing, Kim is the Project Accountant at CPG Estates. She is responsible for all financial matters related to project accounting, overseeing financial aspects and cash flow impacts throughout the development process. Kim’s deep understanding of the development lifecycle, from acquisition to completion, enables her to provide comprehensive financial oversight. Working closely with the CFO of the Clarendon Property Group, Kim delivers detailed reporting and support to both CPG Estates and Lindsay Bennelong Developments, ensuring effective financial management and project success.
Glen Manser
Since joining the team in 2022, Glen Manser has leveraged his 20 years of experience in integrated residential construction to drive the successful delivery of key development projects at CPG Estates. As Development Manager, Glen ensures that each project meets the highest standards of quality, from initial planning through to final execution. With a keen eye on the final build outcome, Glen is dedicated to delivering developments that meet both client expectations and long-term value. His extensive expertise and commitment to excellence have made him an invaluable member of the team, contributing significantly to the continued growth and success of CPG Estates. Notable projects under his leadership include ‘Anambah Rise’ and ‘The Evergreen Collection, Calderwood.’
Danielle Krebs
With over 15 years in marketing, Danielle joined as the Project Marketing Manager at CPG Estates in 2024. Her career includes significant roles at leading firms like Mirvac and Frasers Property, where she specialised in retail marketing and campaign management. Danielle’s expertise in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns is evident in her strategic approach to brand growth and consumer engagement. Her skills in digital strategy and traditional marketing have consistently driven successful outcomes for various projects. At CPG Estates, Danielle leverages her extensive experience to enhance the company’s marketing initiatives, ensuring that each project achieves its maximum potential and effectively reaches target audiences.
Madeleine Baker
With over five years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Madeleine is a key Project Sales Coordinator at CPG Estates. Her career began with Domaine Homes in 2019 as a Sales Associate, where she quickly advanced to a sales consultant role. Madeleine made a significant impact on the company’s growth before moving on in 2022. In 2024, she rejoined CPG Estates, focusing on the Hunter region. Madeleine’s role involves coordinating the sales team to ensure that sales targets are exceeded. She is recognised for her exceptional skill in building and maintaining strong client relationships, which has greatly enhanced her professional reputation and contributed to the success of various projects.
Thomas Williamson
A dedicated professional in the real estate industry since early 2021. He began his career with Wisdom Homes as a Sales Associate, and his ambition and enthusiasm for land sales led him to a sales consultant position at Rawson Homes in 2022. Recognising his passion for the field, Thomas chose to refine his focus by stepping into a Project Sales Assistant role, allowing him to gain deeper insights and contribute more effectively.
Joining CPG Estates in March 2023, Thomas’s responsibilities, include managing customer interactions, overseeing both digital and physical house package materials, and maintaining website listings. He plays a crucial role in supporting stakeholder relations and managing lead distribution. With a Certificate III in Customer Service and Engagement and a Certificate of Registration, Thomas is well-equipped to deliver exceptional service and drive the success of CPG Estates’ projects.
